I’ve always been a big fan of Gorjana’s jewelry their delicate necklaces, stylish bracelets, and timeless earrings have always stood out to me. However, my shopping experience at the Spectrum location wasn’t great in the past. It felt like customers weren’t really given the basic level of attention or courtesy you’d expect. But over the past few months, this location has completely turned around, and I’m updating my review from one star to five stars. The team here is now genuinely warm, helpful, and attentive. One person who truly makes a difference is Gen Mac. She is one of the kindest, most patient, and sweetest people I’ve ever met in retail. She helped me pick out a beautiful new earring set, offered great suggestions, and even assisted with an exchange always with such positive energy, even when I walked in close to closing time. She never made me feel rushed or unwelcome. Now, my mom and I love visiting this store so much that even when we don’t need anything, we find ourselves stopping by just to say hi or buy something small. Read moreI’ll start with the positive. The actual product is beautiful and exactly what my daughter wanted. Besides a nice piece and a beautiful store to display their pieces, this particular location might want to work on customer service training. I was in during the busy holiday and patiently waited to ask questions on 2 different pieces I was debating on. After about 15 minutes and realizing this was nothing like a normal jewelry store, I stood in a line at the register. When it was “my turn” I just asked for one of the two as to not waste anymore time. She never handed me the piece, or asked if I’d like to see it but simply stuck the piece (still in a plastic bag) in the handle bag and tossed a gift box in too. I worked in retail jewelry a long time ago. I understand times have changed, but for The price point of their products it would not be a store I’d want to shop at again. It’s a real shame because they really had some great pieces and I’m sure if I’d been helped, I would have considered both pieces instead of just the one. Read moreI wanted to share a very disappointing experience I had in your store today with an employee named Jen. I came in simply to exchange two tarnished bracelets, which I believed would be a straightforward process based on your store policy.
From the start, Jen’s demeanor felt insincere and dismissive. Rather than helping me with the exchange, she launched into a lecture on how to properly care for the bracelets—information I didn’t ask for and frankly found unnecessary and condescending. I understand product care matters, but the tone and delivery were off-putting.
After briefly stepping away to browse, I returned to the register and was told, with a gesture and minimal interaction, “there are the bracelets,” as she pointed at the counter. No eye contact, no thank you, no warmth—just a complete lack of the customer service I’ve come to expect from your store.
