I bought a blouse at the Irving location, tried it on and it fit very well, so I wore it to work the next day and then one of the straps broke. I took the receipt back to the store to see if I could get an exchange since I had bought it just the night before but I was told since it was damaged I could not exchange it or even get store credit. I was wearing it when I went in because I work at the mall and was excited to wear it. So I asked the manager if I was supposed to just wear this damaged blouse all day and look ridiculous and she said yes. Very amazing and affordable store! They just expanded on their goods and have a $1+ section with lots of cute bows, hair clips, perfumes, lotions, and makeup.
