I came in about a week and a half ago and I’m still disturbed by the customer service. I came to the store to get boogie boards, skim boards and goggles for 5 boys. I was with my son who has special needs. As we started shopping, he told me he had a bathroom emergency, I told the front lady our situation and she wouldn’t let us use the restroom and rudely told us to walk to the public beach bathroom who knows where. We had driven 15 mins just to come to her shop. We had no idea where she even meant and left the store in a panic situation. Horrible...

I really hope someone opens a similar store in isle of palms. I’m so used to 5-10 dollar souvenir shirts at the beach and this place has the audacity to charge 40 because they’re the only gig in town. Price gouging at its finest and it’s sad to see a store owner try to take advantage of their customers like this, I presume that’s why there was no one else in there...
