Fortunato Chocolate - Factory and Retail Shop — Local services in Issaquah

This is such a hidden gem for their soft serve vegan ice cream!!! They're known for the delicous and creative chocolates but their soft serve is just amazing. They usually have chocolate and one other rotating flavor.

They use natural ingredients like fresh mangoes for the mango soft serve and shredded coconut for the pina colada soft serve. The chocolate is my go-to, with its smooth, light, and mildly sweet flavor. You can definitely taste the chocolate but it doesn't drown you in sugar. Just perfect! My attached photo is the chocolate with toffee and mint chocolate toppings.

Today, I was lucky to get pina colada. Move over chocolate, I think I found my new favorite!!! So light but great texture and flavor. Perfect balance through each bite. I sprinkled their chocolate toffee topping on top and I was in heaven.

Fortunato chocolates are special, the owners are great to chat with (so proud, yet humble with what they've created), and we've always enjoyed our time in the store (who doesn't like trying all the different samples!).... So so so good! Every time we stop by here, Javier has new yummy creations to taste. They now offer 84% cacao dark chocolate which is smooth and not overly bitter. The chocolate banana chips are perfect too, as are the dates, mangoes and pineapple. They're still offering free hot cocoa and chocolate dipped frozen...
