My daughter has been going to Museo for couple of years now. She’s always happy to go to her weekly classes and sometimes feels disappointed when she has to miss it due to family appointments. They explore variety of materials in class which she’s always excited to update us what new project she’s been working on when she gets home. We really like how her teachers respect her authenticity while maintaining a class curriculum. To us, it is more important that she can enjoy and be herself during the creation process of her art work. Definitely recommend to try out a class with Museo if you are looking for art classes!

Loved this Art Academy. Definitely a place I feel comfortable sending my child. She attended their pottery camp recently and she loved it. Its a very clean and kid friendly environment at Museo .The teachers were helpful and professional. Will definitely recommend ! Sharing a picture from the camp

I’m a single dad working hard to stay involved in my kids’ lives, especially through their art, which they really enjoy. I pay for the majority of my daughter’s and son’s art classes at MUSEO Art Academy, yet the management has made things extremely difficult for me.

While the teachers are talented and the staff is generally willing to help, the management has been inflexible and unprofessional. Despite the staff telling me that they already keep students’ artwork safe and could easily hold it for pick-up, the management insists that the art can only be picked up on Thursdays after class. This rigid policy is completely unreasonable, especially for a working parent like myself, and they refuse to accommodate any other arrangements, even though the staff and the teachers said holding the artworks for another day and picking up before the classes should be no problem.

To make matters worse, they’ve ignored the email address I provided them and instead used the junk email my ex-wife gave them, which I rarely check. This led to important communications happening without my knowledge, allowing them to coordinate with my children’s mother in ways that left me out of the loop entirely.

Honestly, I’m worried that by writing this review, the management might retaliate by treating my daughter and son poorly in their classes. What makes it even harder is that I don’t have the option of moving them to another art school without their mother’s agreement. This leaves me feeling stuck, as the kids are now in an environment where the management has already proven they don’t care about fairness or the children’s growth.

Even with these concerns, I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. It’s incredibly disappointing how little the management values the children or supports families. Their focus is more on creating unnecessary barriers than fostering a positive, flexible environment for the kids.

If you value fairness, transparency, and a supportive atmosphere for your children, do not choose MUSEO Art Academy. There are far better options where both the kids and their families are treated with the respect they deserve. Save yourself the frustration and take your...

My kid has been studying at this art school about 3 years since they were 5 years old and has always had a great experience and the school has been expanding over the years. However, just this past week he attended the school's summer camp.Although the teacher is not the teacher we have always been familiar with, nor the teacher that can be seen on the website, out of trust in this school, my kid still participated in this summer camp very happily. But I was disappointed by the result. My kid was treated unfairly at school. When my kid was in trouble, the teacher didn't deal with it fairly and my kid didn't dare to tell the teacher when he was in trouble again. Out of trust in the school, I didn't pursue it too much until the last day of the camp, when things got out of control and my kid was poked with pencil by another kid. However, the teacher still ignored my kid's explanation and believed that the other child was lying. I am very disappointed with this institution and my kid will feel very unsafe in this school. My kid said he doesn't want to come here for classes anymore. So I hope, as the school expands, please have the same quality of...

My child attended 2 weeks of art camp at Museo. We had a positive experience. The instructors and their assistants were friendly, kind and responsible. My child learnt about textures, new drawing ideas and techniques. Her favorite part was going to the park. We also liked the Museo T-shirt - she wore it with a lot of pride! I was glad that the kids stayed in the studio when the weather was extremely hot - they played games , draw and had storytime. The pick up and drop off arrangements are organized. It made things easy as parking at the building is limited. Last but not least, I really like how Museo presented the art work (in a folder containing the child's masterpieces) - I feel like I am keeping treasured pieces of art which is ready to be framed and displayed. I highly...
