I used to be a huge LY fan/shopper. I’d bring all out of town guests there, I was excited about the opening of the sister store- happily spent entirely too much money in both. Wow has it gone downhill. The store is still beautifully merchandised, lots of fun stuff, but the customer service is nonexistent. I’m guessing I don’t look like their ideal client? None of the 3-4 women working- who were chatting behind the counter the entire 25 minutes I was looking around, said ‘hello’, ‘welcome’, ‘how can I help’- my presence wasn’t important to them whatsoever. I placed my handful of items down and walked out. That’s the 3rd time the exact thing has happened in the past 4 months- and last time I’ll go in. So pleased with how helpful and friendly the staff here is! I was looking for a particular item and while they didn't have it they did suggest another shop to try. Meanwhile I found some ridiculous socks and a sticker that I just had to buy for a special someone. Visit Lucky You for all manner of lovely, thoughtful touches or gifts or even necessities! Seasonally they have hats and scarves, then always beautiful soaps and candles, baby gifts, home decor trinkets, sweet costume jewelry to brighten any outfit, and so much more. Very UN-Lucky today at Luck Home store Gillman Village. I really like the Bramble furniture. I bought two large pieces. Spent over 1000.00 $ and the Lamp they said looked really nice on a very narrow side board was too fat round I also bought a mirror. I took THE LAMP back today 9-25-17 bought it 9-14- 17. Seems I was 4 days past the time they allow for returns. The women who helped pick it out said oh sorry. Wouldn't even consider any other options. I will no longer do business there!
