Lucky Home at Gilman Village — Local services in Issaquah

I am so grateful for everyone I have worked with at Lucky Home. I do staging and interior design and most of the homes I’ve done are mainly items purchased at Lucky Home. Reading reviews that state these folks are rude is mind blowing! I am greeted every time by multiple people through out my outings there and on more than one occasion they have stopped talking to me to make sure they are greeting people as they enter. So it’s unfortunate that people state they are rude. They go way beyond what other stores offer in regards to service. I tripped on the boardwalk area and the planter I just purchased from them went flying. I came back to purchase another one and they searched, found another put it in a bag and told me to have a great day. What company does that?! In my opinion the service they provide is something not seen...

I don't know how these guys haven't gotten a five-star average to me I mean I haven't even bought anything and I think they're five stars they got starburst candy on your desk by the register so I've never seen anybody else have starburst before that stuff is not cheap even if you buy a big bag of it still going to cost you fifteen bucks. I think you can buy big jar but if Costco it's probably 20 bucks. Anyway I didn't even buy anything and they were very friendly and I was asking for directions twice while the first time I didn't write a review because well maybe they were just having a good day but these people have a good day every day so if you want to buy some something from nice people these guys are great people odd really that people are that...

I come in each season and buy items from this store. I have purchased furniture, bedding, decor, etc. I was there today and the woman behind the counter wouldn't check me out and tried to check the person behind me out after I had stood there and waited. I asked to go first and the worker said she wouls help the person behind me. When I asked why she said "sorry" in a snotty tone but still didn't offer to check me out. I left my items on the counter and walked out. What a shame to habe such...
