After watching meme videos of how a customer is likely to be treated at Sephora, I was genuinely afraid to stop in here. After all, I'm an old fat witch with ancient ideas about makeup that need refreshing. How would I be treated? Crushed my teeth into my chewing gum and opened the door, holding my breath, waiting for a smug non-greeting or an eyebroll. I got none of that. Instead a plush, relaxed greeter said hello and methodically pronounced the "Welcome to Sephora, what can I help you with today?" in a low, calm, matter-of-fact tone. Well, I was looking for something specific and the greeter showed me right to it. Miracle! In stock! Grabbed the one thing, then looked all over for one other thing, but found myself confused about which shade to get. The greeter to the rescue! She helped me decide. Walked to the register at the back and skimmed over the tantalizing mini products, then completed my purchase and was quickly on my way. Once home I was super relieved to discover that indeed the shades of blush and facial sunscreen were the right ones for me. A win all around! I would not hesitate to return to this location. Easy parking in the mega lot, decent selection, helpful employees, and as of this moment, testers are back so you can see what products blend well and which ones require some finesse, etc. Yes,...

Stopped in for a lash application, and it was terrible. We were doing a trial run for my daughter, who had never had a lash application, to see what she would like for prom later this week. The tech put her lashes SO FAR ABOVE her natural lash line it was embarrassing and my daughter ripped them off as soon as we left the store. When I mentioned how far the lashes were glued above the lash line, the tech said that that’s the way they do them. This has got to be my favorite Sephora locations! Every time I walk into this store I feel like they are so welcoming and they are so willing to help. They check in enough for you to feel like to can ask but are not over bearing. This last time I came in after going to another location and just not getting the right foundation shade, Savannah was so wonderful and spent time with me offering suggestion when things just weren’t right.
