My recent visit was a fantastic experience that left me thoroughly impressed. From the delicious sandwiches to the friendly atmosphere, this location truly stands out.

This is not an issue with the service or even the food. This is about the counters being SO high that a misunderstanding happened, and I caught it too late to do anything about it. I ordered my sandwich, and I just didn't want 1 of the standard ingredients. The staff misunderstood, which is understandable since it was close to closing. The problem is I didn't catch the misunderstanding and ended up with a sandwich that had barely anything on it because they thought I didn't want all the other things that came on the sandwich and only put the protein and one veggie I added to the sandwich. I could not see my sandwich being made because the counters are too effing tall, or I would have corrected this and got the sandwich I wanted. The staff were super kind. This isn't even a problem with this specific location since they all have those super high counters. But spending 12$ on a bland sandwich because of COUNTERS is...

It was good, I got the Mac n cheese with bacon and mushrooms. This was my first time in and I think they were understaffed so I am not sure if cold and flue season happened or if they just need to hire more folks, there is a hiring now poster in the window. Later that day after I related the yumminness of the Mac n cheese my coworker went but related they were closed because they were understaffed. Owners are on vacation??? Also with a name like potbelly for some reason I imagined steaming pulled pork sandwiches, not the case, if you want a hot sandwich this isn't your shoppe.
