Awe, the brilliant and compassionate doctor’s doctor, awesome Dr Eric A. Gil, MD. He IS among the “top doctors” and very detailed oriented, caring, great listener, shares helpful insights and sustaining knowledge one is guaranteed to benefit, coupled with the finest care known to mankind. He has the most beautiful, inspiring, delightful and diligent staff: Matt (office assistant) and Raina (MA) provide supportive, professional, unconditional healthy care~ so appreciate their phenomenal and extraordinary care (by telephone or in office visit).

In addition, the value and support of our dear healthcare staff, Dr Gil and his team, are so vital to our lives ~ priceless commodities. I am most grateful and thankful for their enduring partnership on this health journey, daily. I can’t imagine life without them.

Importantly, the check-in staff: Arley and Natalia are equally adorable, professional, kind and efficient with the checking in process~ remarkable and exceptional staff!

Lastly, Kelly Ryan is an excellent barista who delivers outstanding...

My family of six love Swedish, always have. Dr. Tonder has delivered two of our children and is still there for us when we need her—exceptional MD. Jackie, her MA is family to us—ever since moving here 5 years ago she has been caring and compassionate to my kids.

The only thing I would change is the attitude of patient care coordinator aka customer service specialist, Louise P.

My wife had an allergic reaction that may have been during her visit and wanted to follow up on that with her Dr. during our kids appointment. A quick 5 minute exam/advice-nothing out of the ordinary, an accommodation Swedish is favored for.

Unfortunately, we had the unpleasant experience of listening to Louise unload her frustrations to our request. I work in healthcare, in customer service and was disappointed in Louise’s response and bedside manner towards my wife. A simple request spiraled and escalated into an emotional ordeal. In the end, we did get seen during our kids apt thanks to Jackie. We love Swedish and hope to see a smile on Louise next...

I absolutely love my doctor and the nurses she works with. I also enjoyed the doctor who I saw this last visit. It seems to me that whoever does the hiring is doing an amazing job. I also need to say that the preventative and maintenance care are spot on. Most people don't like going to the doctor, me, I look forward to it. They all are always very willing to share a smile or a laugh, making the whole experience a good one. Even when Dr. Mittal tells me no to something I think I want, or need I accept it readily, because I know she's got my best interest at heart, plus she always explains why she said no without talking down to me. In general you have great team at Issaquah primary care. I have referred more than one person I love and care about to her, and I would NEVER do that if I didn't believe that she and her team are some of the best out there. On a side note, Dr. Mittal is NOT ALLOWED to retire until I pass away. That's both my request and my demand. I'm too old to play doctor and medication...
