Starbucks — Restaurant in Jackson Township

Listen, I have worked at Starbucks for 3 years inside of a target, so I was extremely busy all the time every single day. Yet I was never rude to my customers no matter how stressed I was. My husband has gone there multiple times and they make him feel like an idiot for ordering a drink he loves. I went there today to get my coworkers and I some coffee. The women at the window had an attitude problem that I wasn’t a fan of. I was not rude in the slightest yet she didn’t care. It was a simple miscommunication from her end. I do two separate transactions and she only gives me one and tells have a good day and I tell her “oh I’m sorry I had another order” and some how it was MY fault for not telling her I wanted my other order? When I told her at the window and that she told me both the totals??? So annoying and Unprofessional in my opinion. I have given this location many visits as the location is closest to my home and on my way out of town; however every visit is so frustrating. Today, I have decided to not return to this location and will go out of my way to visit another location. The last 10 visits have had an unreasonable long wait. Today I waited 19 minutes and did not even get to the ordering speaker to place my order before I drove away and this is a short wait. I have sat in line for up to 25 minutes in the past. I called today and asked why there is always such a long wait and was advised there was a large order that was delaying the line today; four drinks delayed their line for almost 20 minutes. This location needs better staff and management. Went to another location with 4 cars in line and ordered and was served within 7 minutes. I stopped going bc they do not seem to know how to make a proper Cappuccino. Then when you add something like “ extra dry” they definitely don’t understand. I can say this is a problem else where too which I do not understand. If I say something they get mad or like yesterday when I was having a terrible day and really wanted some caffeine I thought I would chance it.

The guy didn’t repeat my order, give me my water I ask for, didn’t give me a receipt and of course gave me a Latte and not an extra dry cappuccino. I even went from ordering a tall instead of a Grande hoping it would be easier. So of course I was not happy. Yes, I was probably a little more rude the. I normally am.
