I know this store well- it is my main 'go to' for the majority of food items. I find the selection is impressively good ( even to the point of too many choices on alot of the 'Main isle items' really!) - It is always very clean and maintained, and well organized! - They even still have a nice stationery section and office/school supplies- plus their ever changing closeouts- which does have perennial items like underwear/socks/tools/toys/cooking items... The deli & produce have nice selections with QUALITY meats & fruits-even 'vintage favourites' from Amish Country, and some exotics like star fruit!. And yes a small, but adequate organic selection to handle most meals you'd need for, or daily wants, and the beer/wine/alcohol/soda sections are surprisingly full of choices! Juices can be hit or miss on availability on some speciality items like V8 Energy drinks, but aside from that- there are surprisingly ALOT. Finding a staff member is always easy ( red shirts & khakis!) and overall they try to quickly find something for you if you are looking, but more important to me- when they just got a truck & the shelf is bare or only a few- they will hunt down your items whilst they are in the middle of stocking! Generally a very happy & helpful group of employees, and a nice place!- Far, FAR better than the large megastores down the road ANY DAY! And the prices are better! Props to Ohio Owned too!đ P.S. I have heard employees around the holidays talking together- and it seems this business it still very kind in making sure the employees get treated to a good family meal ON THEM!- RARE nowadays! AND IF YOU NEED SPECIAL HELP- whether getting something down, or something heavy, or help to your car- they don't bat an eye, and help with a gracious smile! These stores are VERY older people/ special needs friendly- well heck- just friendly. And QUITE handicapped accessible!    Read moreI hate being over charged! Bought a bag of tomatoes that was suppose to be a 'set' price but she charged me by the pound - paying well over $2.00 too much! Oh well can't put up groceries and watch register at all times. Seems like all Marc's like to over charge customers. I will say the produce there was very nice - best I had seen in a long time anywhere. Will I go back?? I don't know -- I was in that end of town so I stopped there. Place was clean and not busy (not busy part might have been cause of when I was in there everyone was at work LOL) **edit to add -- I made this review a year ago. Now it is 6/2022 and they STILL over charge!! I have started going to the customer desk when it happens.....I don't care if it is only 25¢ anymore and that really upsets the customer service lady....once it was 50¢ and she made the remark -- you want just 50¢ back and was rolling her eyes! I said it is starting to add up to 100$ a year or more being over charged!! YES I want me 50¢ back....from there on out....I made a point to look at my receipt....:::shaking my head::: they aren't that fast in there to be making all these mistakes....the cashiers are too busy looking around! I went shopping with my son approximately 10 minutes before the store closed I went to the deli to get some lunch meat and they had their cutting equipment already broken down for the evening and I asked what time they closed and they said 7 and I asked why would you have your equipment broken down prior to the store closing? The lady said you're right and said we can put it back together if you'd like. I replied dont worry about it as I had other items to purchase before the store closed. Then every few minutes you would hear over the PA system when the store was about to close, the store is closed and the last one was anyone still shoping the store closed 5 minutes ago! I've been in retail leadership for over 20 years and I would never allow my team to make my customers feel the way I felt this evening, like they didn't even want my business and was more concerned about closing than providing me with customer service. Very disappointed in this store and I believe I will taking my business elsewhere...
