My cell phone screen was shattered. I've never had to have one repaired but I heard it's cheaper to buy a new phone. I love my phone so I went to the first store I found, techcraze and Marcus helped me. Not only was he very helpful, nice and understanding but his prices were very fair. It doesn't end there. When my phone was done he met me on a Saturday when they were closed just so I could have it back. No business I know has work ethics like that anymore, were customer comes first. BRAVO! Last but not least, I took it home and noticed the speaker sounded funny so I called him. He said no problem bring it back in and he would take care of it. He ordered the parts and had it done the very next day good as new. Honestly I do not remember when I had a better experience with an employee of a company when I was faced with a problem. Thank you Marcus and TechCraze....

It was my very first time at TechCraze and I am beyond impressed! I came in from the sweltering heat on Monday June 23rd into a most welcoming ambience and there was also free bottled water! Marcus is an exceptional human being who is super courteous and also really really knows his stuff. My laptop had a Drive issue which he was able to detect in no time and he resolved it seamlessly. I left very happy. I highly recommend this TechCraze location and will gladly return in the future for my tech...

This place was absolutely PHENOMENAL! The guy who helped me, Marcus, was amazing! Not only did he fix my PlayStation, he also described to me how it got that way in the first place and how to prevent it happening again.
