Employees pretending to be the manager. Employees being rude and making people who are doing a return like they are trying to "fraud" them. I tried to return a gift my son got from his grandpa. When we went in to return the baseball glove we thought we'd try to find the right one (1st baseman glove) but unfortunately the isle was so unorganized that we couldn't find what we needed. No gloves were in the right spot. The "manager" Nate Ulicny (tall dark hair and really thin) said the store was unorganized and messy because of customers..... it must not be the employees job to clean their store and organize. Marissa Heins sure didn't help at all. Her rude attitude when we asked for the manager said it all. After we left and thought Nate gave us a corporate number that turned out to be their store number, my son's grandpa went and returned the glove himself. Unfortunately Marissa Heins started talking about the situation infront of other customers while looking at my dad with a dirty look saying " oh great the glove is back" even though my father was not with us when we tried returning the glove the first time. She assumed and was nasty and continued to talk about it. We had everything we needed to make the return the 1st time but was turned away in a rude way by 2 employees. During both our kids year round sports we spend so much money in your store to be treated like a criminal and my family will spend our money out of town before we ever step in this dirty and unorganized store filled with nasty not clean rude employees. You also shouldn't call yourself a manager is you aren't one. That's called lying. They should both be fired and I will find corporates number myself on the internet and file a complaint. How you treat people is what matters... not the return process. Hire better people who actually...
   Read moreThieves and liars work here. Made a purchase, debt card was charged a second time for and full amount of almost $600 dollars. Bank has agreed and made a dispute with them. Christine the manager is a liar. She has left a voicemail message stating it hasnt charged my debt card for that amount a second time. Funny christine. The transaction took place on 2/12. Dispute was made on 2/14. On 2/15. My money was already returned to my bank. What to do with the voicemail that Christine left on my phone claiming that she had talked to accounting, that the second pull of $597.64 never took place. To now have a bank statement that shows otherwise. If the machine beeps and tells ya to pull the card at this store. And the cashier tells you it did not take. Walk out. They are looking to rob you, or even just inconvenience you with a messed up bank account. Be thankful christine that audio cannot be added. If I could, I would happily drop the voice mail you left upon my phone were you clearly state that a 2nd charge was not applied. Like I stated, thiefs and liars work here.
