Gilbert Chocolates — Local services in Jackson

Owner is rude and aggressive I witnessed the owner berate my Son for quite some time for having his car parked in front of his store overnight. My son was with me the following night as my health is deteriorating and he was needed to assist me while the rest of my family was gone for the night. ( it was not his intention leave his car overnight as he was given no notice that I required his help or that it would be needed overnight. That morning he dropped me off in the lobby so he could move his vehicle. He was already aware that he would more than likely receive a ticket for the vehicle being there due to having looking after his Dad the night prior. I watched as he was cleaning of his vehicle, the store owner had came out and looked significantly upset and was taking it out on my son. Anyone who knows my son knows that he is very respectful to others and especially to his elders. I witnessed after several minutes of the store owners tirade that he went back inside only to return after several minutes to tank pictures of his vehicle. I watched as my son showed that he had received ticket but it didn't appear to change the owners attitude. This is completely unacceptable. My family including my son have always supported local business and it was the great local atmosphere that drew my son and daughter to live in those apartments. I'm afraid Gilbert's chocolates product just aren't good enough to treat his local customers/residents rudely and unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere as well as letting everyone know how they may be...

I ordered Gilbert chocolates online for stocking stuffers this Christmas and they were absolutely delicious.
