I’ve only ever had food picked up by someone else from here, until today. I ran and did the pick up today, and I’ll never do it again. The crepes are great but the service is awful. I don’t care about having to wait, it’s a small place and there were two people with orders ahead of mine, I totally understand. What I can’t understand is the bad attitudes of the two employees. Just cold, unfriendly, no smiles, minimal eye contact (and when there was eye contact it came off as annoyance). I will be the first to admit I suffer from RBF, but I had a mask on and they didn’t, and all I could see was cold, unfriendly attitudes. I will add that the younger of the two said “have a great weekend” when I left, and even though it came off as very forced and insincere, I will take it. It still doesn’t make up for the bad attitudes though. Great crepes, not such great service, and who cares how good your food is if I feel COMPLETELY uncomfortable while...

Well the food was great! But Nikki is one miserable rude person! I went with my sister-in-law and my mother whom wears a scarf because we're Muslim. From the time we walked to the counter to the time we left, Nikki was extremely rude. My mom asked what was a popular crepe to try because it was our 1st time there. Nikki said "We don't have one their all crepes." Mind you if you go on their Facebook page they name the most popular crepe. But okay whatever. We put in our order and sit down after a few more rude comments were directed our way. My mom asked for a to go box, Nikki then says "Well there's a stack right there you can just grab your own, but since I'm right here I'll get it." That was the final straw. We left (w/o them telling us goodbye or thanking us as they did everyone else that left before us) and will NEVER return...

**Sort by lowest review and READ THEM. They paint a true picture of what is going on at this establishment--not only that, but you'll read their defensiveness in all of their responses.

I am ASTOUNDED that so many people have left such good reviews for this restaurant. The food is good, there's no doubt about that, but the attitudes of the employees will leave a bad taste in your mouth.

EVERY SINGLE TIME i have been there I have left saying, "i can't believe how rude they are in there" and vow to never go back--granted I don't frequent this establishment--but i have been enough times to know their attitude is not a fluke.

not to mention it has minimal seating and i've never felt so unwelcome in my life. Ugh. I so so so dislike going here. Unless your heart is really, really set on a crepe i'd recommend supporting another...

Yumm! It’s a little taste of something sweet or something savory to start your day. My husband and I have been loyal to this company since 2020. We love it and the people that own it. They gave my 4 year old dog some hand made whipped cream before he passed of cancer and they are our favorite treat on a rainy day. My favorite is the sweet crepes and my husband likes the savory. Usually, my husband walks away feeling good and doesn’t have an allergic reaction due to gluten contamination. He has celiacs disease and it is so nice that this place has a gluten free option. Keep up the good work, City Crepes!

This was a neat building and business! Pros: 1. The size is perfect half of us could not finish our order which is good. 2. We all enjoyed ours and wish we had room to order a dessert one. 3. We loved the Italian Cream Sodas 4. It was downtown and had plenty of parking Cons: 1. The smoke inside was too much. In fact we left 5 hours ago and our jackets still smell like the place. This would be an easy fix to change out some air. 2. The chairs we found difficult to maneuver. 3. The place was packed and didn't have enough places to sit. We would come back but probably get the items to go.

This is one of my favorite brunch/lunch place in Jackson! You can’t go wrong with any of the dishes here! I love the The Barrio (Chicken) savory crepe and The Crosswalk sweet crepe! If you are confused between sweet or savory, go for sweet!!! You won’t regret it! Savory crepes are great for lunch and sweet ones are amazing for breakfast. I love sharing with a friend so we can have both savory and sweet! I hope they offer half and half in future!
