I will change review somewhat/maybe once we get our new couch? VERY disappointed in the $47+ charge to use debit/credit card here. Was NOT advised there was such a charge until my husband gave me the receipt at home. Disappointed this wasn’t mentioned from Dan the store manager. He was pretty pleasant and personable so maybe this should be mentioned before large purchases to let the customer decide if they would rather pay cash or go to bank for it. Second, I suppose you should physically check your inventory before making a delivery the next day, and not call your customer that morning almost afternoon for delivery that you only had the display left. PLEASE be honest about stating a display was JUST brought onto the floor that morning, and stating that NOONE has sat in it, and not thinking twice that some people are pretty observant, and saw a few more people than they’d like sitting on it, and not even offering a discount for the display. NO Thanks! Was told it will be ordered new from the manufacturer so we will give it a week. This will be given the once over when being delivered, so it should be coming in boxes once delivering. I wouldn’t buy anything here. Paid over $1,2??.00 for a loveseat with a console in the middle. Had it 3 months and the foot rest on the right side broke. They will do anything to get your business, but they don’t care a flip if you have a problem and it needs to be fixed. When notified the owner, he said we needed a receipt. We had a check and debit card, but that wasn’t enough for them to help us. When the footrest breaks you need to replace the back of the side that is broken. . It would cost us nearly $300.00 to replace something we had purchased 3 months prior to buying it. Pretty pricey for a new love seat don’t you think? I couldn’t enter this message unless I rated it. I would rate it as a zero but no place for that. If you have a lot of money and don’t mind wasting it then you picked the right place to go. I wouldn’t recommend this...

Very unprofessional sketchy place. Me and my wife on two separate occasions asked if the remove old furniture they said yes they do. Then I discover from a phone call from my wife that the old couch was left on my lawn. She called them and they were very disrespectful and said it was our problem. Do not do business with these people because apparently their business model is telling them anything for them to buy stuff. The one and only reason we used them was because they said they would take the old furniture. One and only time I left a review I wish there was a negative star. Horrible store.
