I purchased a beautiful dusty mauve jacket back in January. The owner accidently sent me the wrong color and when I inquired, she immediately responded saying to ship the wrong item back and she would cover the cost of shipping and then send out the correct color. I did so and emailed a copy of my January dated postage receipt. Last correspondence was in April and I still have not received my credit.
