Michaels — Local services in Jackson

I love Michael's and it was awesome that Jackson got one and the store always looks good and the employees are friendly but it's been going on one month for a particular item I've needed to not be in stock and when I've asked a employee about it they said they get shipments every Sunday, and the item hasn't been in stock since then due to it not being ordered and when I asked when they would get it I was told by a employee there main focus is Halloween and Christmas and while that's great to attract more people for holidays to make more money, it would be great if the regular non holiday items could be kept in stock to, because while you make a sale off of one person because of the holidays and they never come back again your potentially losing a customer that comes in year round. It's just frustrating to not be able to get a certain item in-store because of the holidays and no one there can tell you when they will get it just that you get...

10/08/25 @4:30pm …First time visiting with a friend. Witnessed very poor customer service to where a lady just left her whole buggy. Very uncalled for. Could have easily went so different if the employee had been a friendly person. She was talking to the lady like she was mentally challenged when she was asking about the prices.That’s why the lady just decided to walk away and she had a full buggy of items. All the employee had to do was be kind and help her resolve whether she was getting her yawn 50%off or not. Go back there with her to clear up the confusion. I don’t plan to be back. I bought balloons from outside, I needed some helium balloons I spoke to the lady in front how long the balloons are gonna stay she said about 3-4 days I was okay that’s good it’s my husband birthday today so I gave balloons on Friday pick them up at on Saturday at 6:00 and this morning there was no helium in the balloon, I mean WTF if the helium was going stay still night I would have thought about it. I paid like 45 and some change for nothing I had like 20 balloons, I had to go and buy new balloons and pay extra, really disappointed with the service, I would tell people don’t buy helium balloons from Michaels, I rather buy from dollar tree, it ruined my theme that I planed for my husband...
