Let’s start with the positive. The place is clean and customer service, good. The fruits used to top it are fresh. Next, I had very very high expectations for their açaí bowls after reading some reviews. Unfortunately, it fell flat for me. Let me say, I eat a lot of açaí bowls. I will be talking specifically about the açaí mixture. This was ok, things that can be remedied. The açaí is mix with strawberries and bananas. It is very banana forward. It taste like a banana nice cream vs açaí. Also, if the açaí isn’t mixed well it will have chunks of açaí (ice) left and isn’t a pleasant experience when biting down. This bowl is icy in general. I let it sit on the counter for 20 min. to melt some of the ice. These things are minor and hope that this critique is taken into consideration. (Maybe it was something I only experienced.) This was my first visit to Bahai Bowl I was passing through Jackson on my way to Memphis and decided to try it. I was greeted by a super nice server. I asked for recommendations and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. At first I was going to order a wrap because I didn't know if the bowl for lunch would be filling. She recommended the bowl with a nut butter. She was not wrong, it was filling and good. On my way home from Memphis the next day, I stopped again for lunch. This time I went with the strawberry spinach wrap. It was a big wrap, full of flavor. I didn't realize there would be a side of carrots and was pleasantly surprised with the carrots. I must say that this place is absolutely wonderful! I love the way that the fruit is sliced into small sizes where you can get a spoonful of various fruits at once. The fruit is to the perfect ripeness and extremely flavorful! The protein bites are excellent and very filling. I’m also a fan of their smoothies for a healthy snack. All of the staff is very helpful and friendly. I also love the pickup window for convenience when you’re on a timed schedule.
