They have some rude workers here! They looked at me as if I was a thief and they were very mean to a special needs guy that came in! He was looking for a game and he had a speech problem; after he left they laughed at him under their breath; looking at each other with smiles in their eyes! Whispering under their breath about him! Saying they couldn't understand him! To me they didn't try to understand him! That showed me all that I needed to see! I'll order what I need off line from now on! They have some very nice workers as well! A few of the ladies are very sweet! The men; all them could go and that mean lady with the ponytail, she could go as well! I've never felt so uncomfortable! You go to read and relax but yet you are treated like you're about to steal from the Indians! I was like would y'all like me to shop with my hands up or what! Playback videos did me like his, New image, Spencer's Gift and America Eagle! I get this a lot from idiotic fools now days! I served my country and gave up a big piece of my life for these lames and they treat folks like this! It's hurtful! Treating that guy like that pissed me off pretty bad! So it's best I order on line and go to Starbucks! I have a bad temper now and to get into trouble over idiots and witches just isn't worth it! Bad vibes! I visited this store because the website listed the book that my son needed for class as in stock. After wandering around the store for quite sometime. I finally decided to ask an associate for assistance in locating the book. She informed me that the book was not in stock and that they were not expecting anymore but fear not she could order it for me. Had I known that she was simply ordering as I could have done from living room I would have avoided the expensive shipping & handling fees. My first clue to run from this place was that no one greeted me, or checked on me as I criss crossed the store. The second came after the cashier gave me the grand total of the book including shipping and thirdly was that I ordered on the 1st, it shipped on the 2nd and it was delivered at my home on today, the 10th! Gee whiz! I could have typed the entire book in half that time!!! No wonder neighborhood book stores are becoming obsolete. Amazon would have had it to me no later than the 3rd day with...

I came not looking for a book, something that would be found under a general category. I found it and the category that would have it. The categories looked very specific and didn’t need sub categories to define the range at all. This made the process very easy. Also the aisles are wide and spacious, very organized and merchandise was spilling on the floors due to the abundance of products available. The only things I could determine from just being in earshot from the cashier was that they care and offer their club you may join to get a huge 10% off discount. Everyone that went through the line got this valuable information on what a great opportunity it was , yes yes yes. With all this great customer service it made the line back up a bit, but it beats online bookstores or a local reseller.
