Cons: Flavors on website are not in sync with store

On the last visit to 3rd st, the staff couldn't be less interested in being there. We asked about the dark chocolate sauce and he said it was being phased out for the hot fudge, so we asked for the hot fudge and they didn't have that either. He said it was too much work to make both, but had no explanation for having neither. His only response was "we don't have video game money", which made no sense based on the conversation. The ice cream was delicious and even got some to go, but the service was poor.

Everything about this place is sweet. The girl behind the counter was just as sweet as the treats she dishes out. It may be small but it is perfect. I came with my youngest two children they both got the Strawberry Dragon (dragon fruit) Sorbet with homemade vanilla sprinkles on a kids cone while I got Straight Strawberry ice cream on a waffle cone. Everything was amazing the Service, the Ice Cream and Sorbet in a nice clean establishment. We stayed and ate inside while others had theirs to go. Fast and friendly service with a smile. HACK ALERT. I walked into their beaches location for the first time ever and paid for two ice cream cups with a credit card. I did not fill out any information forms, like Facebook alerts or info sheets for coupons. I was not asked to share any information about myself. Less than 1/2 a day latter, I got an email from them thanking me for me first visit and sent me a coupon. How did they get my email address if they didn’t hack my credit card? Did someone write down my license plate number and get it illegally that way? ...
