Went in to the store on 3rd Street told, three people I was picking up a GrubHub order, each one told me it was in the works, (order was one soft taco no lettuce) I stood there as 3 people took there food that ordered after me. I asked again and was given attitude that I was even asking. Again they say it's on the screen and working on it. So after the entire store was empty and everyone ignored me for another 10 more minutes. I got short and said could you please check on my one taco with no lettuce I was supposed to be at the customers house 15 minutes ago. Some one proceeded to tell me oh yeah... It's in the hot box it's been ready why didn't you say that's what your wanted... Needless to say I wanted to scream at this point. It may not be important to your staff that we at GrubHub get our orders in a timely fashion, or that customer service is supposed to be displayed to all of your customers not just the ones you decide to shoot the breeze with. Some of us are trying to feed our children and pay our bills and keep a roof over our head. Some of us aren't 16 anymore living off mom and daddies paycheck check anymore. Some if us get up at 6am work three jobs (yes I work three jobs) to pay for a life worth living and worth getting up and treating my customers and Co workers that I encounter with gratitude and a smile. A long since after thought at your store there at the beach on 3rd St. I will always decline any orders I get there because my time is money and I prefer to feed myself and keep a roof over my head!!!! I'm am appalled that there is even a store that runs like this. It's a disgrace to the food service industry and they should just plow that location down and start over. With new employees that actually want to come to work and help others. I never write reviews but I saw a great need to tell the world that the service at your store is terrible and not worth the trouble. Read moreOk so I recently just did a review, I had an order that I ordered around 1:30 in the morning through DoorDash, and just the whole order was made incorrectly and sloppy. The DoorDash making it worse by making another stop before going to our destination, I was upset after a long day and food was going to make it better or do I thought. And this was the one time I decided to get something different other than my same order since I was nine years old. Because nobody could make it right. “A five layer burrito and a sweet tea” I decided to try and crunch wrap and took me two bites and almost gagged. I had almost lost my faith in TacoBell. Until I was like well not everybody is the same, probably just a shift problem with lazy workers. I went in the next day after work and “Hashee’m” and “Harlie” were working (sorry if I misspelled your name) and i explained what my issue with my order was and I swear those workers took my request as a challenge. They did make me a free five layer burrito to show me that it can be made right. They were understanding and and made it really quick. It was also slow but still really quick and interesting to see how they can work as two man team. Harlie had class and style, girl beeds to be model, she’s in the wrong industry, but I love to see hard working independent women. 🤷🏼♀️ I got home and tried it and it was made right and very good. The lady at the drive thru...STARLETT acted like I wasn't even at the window when I pulled up, waited and waited and finally got my food. The bag felt super light for spending $17.00.. I checked it while at the stop sign at the end of the drive thru... My order was totally wrong! I had to drive around, get out of my car, and go inside due to the long line they had in the drive-thru. I walked inside and told the lady that my order was completely wrong, she had a sour look on her face. I wish I would have took a picture before complaining to them because the sour cream on the fiesta taco salad was pathetic and I asked for extra..it was not even a dime size on it..then she said that's the portion they put on there. seriously..that's sad. on top of that I asked for extra beef and lettuce, no red strips on one order..complete disaster.. it looked like they gave me nachos instead of what I ordered. she took both of my taco salads told the manager and she fixed it. I waited 20 mins for them to fix 2 fiesta taco salads. A guy next to me was standing there waiting for his order to be taken for 20 mins..no one even greeted him or looked his way.
