Trash service. Walked in with my family and was mean mugged by the employee behind the register. She never greeted us just started at us with an attitude. I told my 9 year old son who is autistic to order what he wanted. He stood in from for her and spoke up using his social skills he learned from behavioral health and he is learning. She threw her hands up and brought them down on the counter and said," I can't hear you." I said what? She looked at him and said "I don't hear you," while rolling her neck at my son. And I mean rudely rolling her neck at my child. She had air pods in her ears. Of course she couldn't hear. I informed her, that that was rude and we left. I will never return. How dare this employee. This restaurant was completely empty. There wasn't a soul inside. When I find the correct number for the manager of they answer their phone I will let that person as well how upset I am with this behavior. She had such a nasty attitude and over...

Unfortunately I don’t event want to give 1 star, but we have to. In order 3 sandwiches. They literally got all three sandwiches wrong. Mayo on the one I asked specifically no Mayo for, and they put no Mayo on the one that was supposed to have it. I got not Buffalo , instead they gave some pineapple stuff and we were missing a fry. We live in st augustine so this is a huge inconvenience otherwise I would have gone back in person , and we shouldn’t have to double check the order before leaving the drive thru to make sure the workers are actually doing their jobs correctly. Oh, Why is there no one answering the phones? I visited the drive through for a quick lunch ordering a small Bacon 3 Cheese Philly. I didn’t get a beverage or any sides and this is my first visit so I can’t speak to the rest of the menu. I was very happy with my experience. It was as fast as any other local drive through and the sandwich was fresh. Good bread, but nothing to brag about. Good steak, I’d say better than any other you’ll get aside from a sit down establishment. Great bacon. Fresh lettuce and tomato. Crisp pickle.
