I went to get a 3 tooth grill. Cost was around 310-350 (I had 175 upfront). The price was fine, there was an unexpected issue at first (my mold got messed up so they needed another one) but he called me and relayed that information so I was fine with that. Did the mold a second time and everything went smooth. Finally got the grillz back, but it was after the timeframe they gave and I had to call to see it arrived. She said they were going to call me and let me know but they got busy. I didn’t think too much of it. I go in, see the grillz, there is a small hole at the bottom of one tooth, I tell her and she takes it to the guy and he says he can “fix it in the back”. The grillz don’t fix on my tooth but they insists on telling me that I had to apply pressure to make it fit. So we took about 30 mins or so of shoving this grill on my teeth, the lady and man pinching and widening the grillz to “make it fix” and after some time I tell them they can keep the money and the grill. They insist they can get it fixed. I say okay, they take it back and the man says it’ll take 4 days top to get it fix. Its been about 4 weeks now. I called them last week the lady said the man isn’t there but he’ll call me and give me an update on my grillz. They haven’t called back....

I went in based off of a good friend's recommendation. I will say that the Owner TJ and his brother are unique in the sense that they are very easy to deal with and went above and beyond the expected. My anniversary is Tomorrow and wanted to get my wife something nice. Got her a pair of earrings, 1.4 Carat VVS natural diamonds total weight. They are beautiful and the price was very affordable. These other reviews that say differently are BS. I'm about as picky as the next person when it comes to jewelry and my money. I will be doing business with them for years to come. Jewelry is 100% genuine and that's a FACT. I went directly to Kay's Jewelry and had the earrings tested and guess what? They were exactly as advertised. VVS NATURAL 1.4 CARATS DIAMONDS. Maybe the language barrier caused some to have a bad experience or maybe the sense of entitlement caused it 🤷🏾‍♂️ all I can attest to is that I'm happy...

We brought two charms from this place, They sent it off to get soldered. They told us it would be back in 3 to 4 days It’s going on two weeks. Still haven’t received our product very nasty people. All they do is lie I wouldn’t do business with them ever again, and wouldn’t recommend anyone else doing business with them. They are very rude and disrespectful. Finally received the charm 3 weeks later.three months after receiving charm fell off At this point, I don’t trust him at all Advised us to leave our charm so they can fix it Not gonna happen I will be taking them to court Do not do business with these people they don’t stay...
