Pre-ordered Starfield and arrived at the store on the release day (today, 9/6) and the associate had no clue it was being released. There were no copies up front and she couldn't immediately find anything in the back. She called her manager, who had worked the day before and just gone on vacation, and the manager wasn't sure where anything was. Was told that there are 40 boxes of unopened stock that was received prior to today and it could possibly be in one of those. The associate tried to go through as many boxes as she could, but wasn't able to fully look because she was the only one scheduled to work. The associate did her best, but this was a complete failure all around on gamestops part, and the managers part to make sure the store was prepared. What a shame. I got in the car and spent over 30 minutes trying to put it together and was supper disappointed in the purchase and just wanted my money back bc the toy does not transform like it says on box. It says for 8+ but me and 2 other grown adults could not get it together including the manager at the store he was nice enough to try and help me but he was struggling with it as-well and told me most people look up videos on YouTube .
