I’ve never really been able to afford “the finer things” in life. But recently, I’ve been spoiling my wife. I first bought her a purse from our local Gucci store in Jacksonville. We then bought her a carry-on luggage and we bought my mother-in-law a purse also. These last two purchases were done on 4/12. The next day, we realized that the luggage was almost 3 inches too big for carry-on. On 4/14 we went back to the store to return the luggage. The lady who helped us said she couldn’t return the luggage due to a scratch on one of the wheels. This bag NEVER made it out of the Gucci bag that they gave it to us in. Even the store associates recognized us from just recently buying it! I will never buy Gucci again. This is a scam. They wrapped the luggage before we left the store. I never thought I had to inspect a brand new luggage bag. The “imperfection” is on one of the wheels. I can’t stress enough that the luggage has NEVER left the bag they gave it to us in! I’m not rich. $3,500 is a lot of money for me. I just wanted to do something special for my wife - since she travels a bunch for work. I’ve learned my lesson with Gucci.

Robert and Chelsea went above and beyond to deliver a graduation gift for my daughter. From Robert’s patience with helping me select the best gift to Chelsea ensuring its delivery the IN STORE experience was great. I didn’t give the COMPANY 5 stars because I had to reach out to the customer service department when I discovered a issue with the delivery address. After speaking to 3 representatives I was resolved to return the item and never purchase from the company again. They are knowledgeable about policy and providing options however sometimes a little empathy and a simple apology on behalf of the company for the inconvenience can go a long way. I was completely looked over and was not asked once if I’d like to look at anything until a sales associate that was already with someone asked if I was being helped or need some help, I was not dressed bad or anything even had a few designer things on my keychain and wallet. I kept getting looked at by 2 sales associates that were not busy and just was talking to each other, after being in the store for a few minutes and no help came a few more people came in and they were immediately greeted and asked to look at anything they wanted, seemed like they only cared to talk to one demographic.
