My wife and I have struggled for over a decade with lower back, hip, and neck pain. We’ve thrown thousands of dollars away on mattresses that never live up to the hype.

We finally took the leap, walked in, and Hurricane immediately warmly welcomed us in to helped us find our amazing bed.

It all makes perfect sense- laying flat, regardless of mattress, will never give our bodies the support or relief they need.

We are extremely satisfied and extremely grateful to the staff at Relax in Comfort. I have spent the last 18 years sleeping 3-4 hours a night with 3-5 wakes-ups during that time, thinking this is my norm. First night on this new bed with new adjustable base, I slept just over 6 hours and woke up pain free! No wake-ups at all, either! I felt so amazing all day, I had zoomies at work 😂 my watch didn’t know what to make of the extra sleep.

Natasha and Don are amazing! We’ve been toying with the idea of picking up a massage chair for years. Unfortunately every showroom has been limited, stuffy, and uncomfortable. And every salesperson just cares about making a buck and peddling whatever model is the most convenient for THEM. We stopped into Relax In Comfort on a whim, after eating lunch, and had the best experience! There was no way my wife or I could ever go elsewhere.

During our time in the showroom, Natasha helped us into multiple models and listened to our needs in more detail than you could imagine. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the CORRECT model for US. In the end my overly-frugal wife and I both left feeling as if we made a great decision.

The model we chose is the Osaki DuoMax 4D OP Pro. There were MANY other choices in the showroom and this was NOT the chair we were looking for when we entered the store. But Natasha helped guide us to the perfect model and was 100% correct in her guidance.

The staff is absolutely wonderful and very welcoming and professional. Hurricane is amazingly genuine and invested in helping me secure the perfect piece. Natasha is very patient and is tuned in to lessening what product would best suit my lifestyle. Amanda is so fun and energetic and really passionate about the brand it makes it such a joy every time I see her.

Obviously I've been in a time or two but that also tells of the beauty about this location. They have become invested in me and always offer something new that I wouldve never thought of for myself but am so thankful that I purchased. I even met the CEP Don and he is a great guy with a history and passion for the brand which is impressive to see from someone in his position. I hope that the owner Gio knows that he has something special on his hands and I'm always introducing new people to the convenience of in home relaxation.
