Kohl's — Local services in Jacksonville

This is the only Kohls that is closest to me in the area that has a Sephora. I went in this morning to purchase a lip gloss that the website said was in stock. I drove all the way to this store just for their only associate at the help desk to tell me that if it was not on the shelf it was not in stock. I asked her if she can check the drawer for me because I made the effort to come down all the way to this store. She denied to check the drawer and proceeded to check on the system if it was actually in stock. She said there were two products left in stock and again I asked her if she can please check the drawer. Once again she said no with no other solution. I don't understand the issue in her walking over or having someone check the drawer for me. She made it seem like it was such an inconvenience. No customer service in this...

The help desk lady here is very rude (jacksonville NC) Have a couple of different experiences and unfortunately twice with the same lady. Once, I went to return one of the stuff out of my bulk order and i had a couple of questions about the item i was returning to be available in a next smaller size, and i got a reply saying feel free to check the store. What does the meaning of a help desk when you cant answer a question properly. Another time i had a store pickup. Kohls sent me an email coupon which i wanted to redeem for my store pick up. But forgot to use it while placing the order. I told this to the lady at help desk and she made a weird face because in order for me to redeem the coupon, she had to cancel the existing order and scan it for in store Purchase, which isnt a big deal and as a customer it was my...

I went there to return a pair of Gloria Vanderbilt tan jeans, they were a Christmas gift, I waited longer than I should have, I kept checking on line to see if they had the size I needed, they were never in stock, I was going to Jacksonville that day, so I thought I would check in person to see if I could just even exchange for correct size, I was told I could not do an even exchange because these jeans went on clearance for 4.00. I went to ck the clearance rack, they had those exact jeans in a different color( eggplant) they were 16.90, a manager tried to tell me the price difference was because of the color. Mine were a tan, a neutral color. I will only shop their clearance racks from now on, I will never pay for anything that is not on clearance. Terrible...
