Great location to grab a few sticks or just hang out with friends. The noise and smoke stays mild inside so you can enjoy your time there. This is a LCA [Limited Cigar Association] location that carries some rare cigars from the Privada Cigar Club #WeArePrivada

The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable on the brands they carry. If you need help they are always there to offer assistance. I've found some new cigars thanks to the employees here.

Always have a great selection and new products I don't know, but sometimes disappointed with the help. As a bartender, if I know someone doesn't know what they are talking about, I use my knowledge to assist and educate them, not try to prove to them they don't know much.

As I've had worse experiences elsewhere, I'm pretty happy with mandarin cigars. It's possible it's just annoying for people to ask for help at a cigar shop. I know there's certain things that piss people off in every type of work. Makes me grumpy when someone orders at the bar and then walks away. That being said, there's no excuse for showing annoyance to a customer.

Great little hideaway. Decent choice of cigars. Prices are a little high for the scene. There is a poker table that is set up for private parties that kinda takes up space and can ruin your relaxation if you're going there to chill out, as the groups can get a little loud. About 5 beers on tap and Direct TV. Beware of the caterpillar infestation though They are all over their outdoor seating area and crawl up your legs, back and fall on your head from the trees.
