Old Navy — Local services in Jacksonville

I went in the Jacksonville NC store this morning around 9:30 on June 28. As I walked in, there was a male employee looking at a merchandise planner...he did not look up to say hi. In fact, not one employee greeted me. The store was also very hard to shop. There were a lot of bare walls and a lot of clothing on carts. I understand that things have to be moved around, but the majority of that moving should be done before the store opens. It was hard to figure out what was on sale because of the disorganization. I am a regular Old Navy shopper so this is very disappointing to me. I was in there to find a few more shirts for my vacation but left because of the mess. Another issue is lines. Every time I come in there are lines at the checkout area. Maybe more people should be trained on...

They offer you to open a card to get your discoint. You return and give you a hard time. To open a CC you get a sign on bonus of like $30/$40 and a coupon. The cashier wasn't too pleased. So she didn't take it and started asking when I opened my card, because then I couldn't use my new customer discount. Just said, forget it, I'll do my military discount. I'm closing my account. The clothes is cheap but I rather not go to a place that has rude employees. I've encountered this lady's attitude twice. I'm not hard to please, and for someone to leave a bad impression is because they were trying hard to. Marshall's is next door and they offer better...

I haven’t shopped at Old Navy in awhile, but I definitely will be from now on. So my husband and I were on our way to Lowe’s and all of a sudden I feel my gag reflex kicking in (I’m pregnant and have had hyperemesis) and I reach for the first bag in the side pocket of my car to 🤮 in and let me tell you, Old Navy’s bags are SUPER durable and high qualify. If it were a Walmart bag I don’t know what shape my car would have been in after. So thank you Old Navy, you saved my outfit and my car. I will definitely be visiting your store in the future and will continue stocking your bags in...
