I've eaten here a few times in the past and everything was good to go. Last night was not the case. The Service was Lousy. After watching several people come in after us, order and get their food, I finally went up to check on ours. They had half of my wife's setting there done and was just putting my on the grill. They asked if I wanted to take my wife's to her that they would bring out the rest when it was done, I said yes. About that time, they brought mine to the counter. I returned to my table when I realized that my order was wrong. I had ordered beef yakisoba with broccoli. Instead, I got beef yakisoba with onions and zucchini. When I took it up to them, not only did I have to tell them that that wasn't what I ordered but that onions mess with my stomach. So they did a rush on it. After several more minutes, they brought the rest of my wife's dinner and my yakisoba to our table. The rush job on the yakisoba was to remove the onions and add a pinch of broccoli and leaving the zucchini which I don't care for. Bottom Line, I won't be eating there for quite sometime. If it's as messes up as last night when I do, it'll be the Last Time!

I went there yesterday with my son. There were two people waiting for their food when we got there. We ordered our food, got our drinks and then I went back up front to wait for our food to come up. While waiting, they apologized for one person’s order being wrong, no problem. However, other people had started coming in and from my position I could easily see the Grill and what was being cooked. I finally got my food, that is after everybody else that had gotten there after us. When I questioned them, the manager stepped up and began to make excuses about how some foods took longer. I’m Not stupid plus I worked as a grill cook for several years in my Moms restaurant. As I said earlier, I could see the grill. Our food wasn’t even put on the grill until AFTER everyone else’s food had been cooked. Yes some foods take longer, especially when you don’t even start cooking them. Read moreI don’t know what’s happened recently, but the portions are smaller, their white sauce is now pre-packaged so you can’t get a large side of it and instead have to buy the containers they sell for $0.81 each which seems high. Also, today I ordered two meals over the phone and when I got it home, they had given me an incorrect meal (I ordered a steak and shrimp and a steak and teriyaki chicken, but they gave me two steak and shrimps). When I called, the woman on the phone said “oh that was my fault” and said that I could bring the extra plate back up and get what I ordered. Seems ridiculous to have to drive all the way back up there and return the wrong food to be given the correct food without any sort of compensation for my time/gas but I could not have the shrimp so I agreed so I could get what I ordered. When I got there, she asked if I just wanted them to make me a side of teriyaki chicken or if I wanted the whole order made new. I said that since I had to drive it all the way back up there and then return home that I needed the whole order I asked for to be made fresh. I’m just disappointed that because of their mixup that I had to drive back up there with no offer of any compensation when it is quite literally their job to make the food as ordered and then pack it up for the customer. It’s also disappointing to see that the portions have decreased but you don’t see that reflected in the price. I used to be able to order and make 2 meals out of it which is great, but there isn’t enough for that anymore. It’s also disappointing that their sauce comes pre-packaged in a small container and you can no longer get a larger container. Read moreCall to place a order for pick up, was told they stop taking orders at 8:45pm due to the close at 9:00pm. I So I ask the young lady was this new, because I was there yesterday after 9pm picking up a order after placing a order at 8:57pm the night before and your hours say you closed at 9:30pm. She tell told me would I like to speak the manager, I said sure, so I just wanted to confirmed and ask was this a new policy due I just order the night before at the same time and no one told me that, she then told me no they been closing at 9pm I said there no way because I was just there the night before. She said she wasn’t sure who did that but we don’t take orders, I then said I have been a loyal customer for awhile and I have never been told that orders cut off at 8:45pm due to I grab after leaving work. The supervisor then became rude after me asking for her name, she told me I didn’t need to know her name. I then told her I will write a review letting the head supervisor how rude you were. I’m local business owner myself and this type of customer service was unacceptable especially from management and after she thought it was okay to hang up on me while I was speaking with her.
