Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Jamestown

Horrible experience. I'm not from Jamestown or ever visited a Tim Horton's ever in my life and never will again. The service was quick but completely non hospitable. I pulled into thier drive through and explained to the waitress that I've never been there before and needed help with understanding thier menu. I wanted a 2 for $5, she explained that the promotion is only for biscuit sandwiches. I asked for 2 SAUSAGE egg and cheese biscuits. I also ordered a 10 box of glazed timbits with a small coffee with cream and sugar on the side. I pulled to the window retrieve my order and it was completely wrong, and unfortunately I didn't notice until I got back to my room. I received 2 sugars for my coffee no cream. I received 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits not SAUSAGE like i asked for. And the glazed timbits i asked for was an assortment of different flavored timbits. The waitress had not one hospitable bone in her body she was inattentive and didn't explain things well or listen well. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. They just want business without providing exceptional service. And then when I called to speak to the manager she even got defensive. I explained to her and her employee that ive never eaten there before and she tried to make it seem as if it was my fault. Maybe the waitress should have giving a more knowledgeable understanding of the menu and and actually listened to what i was trying to get and help me through the order instead of throwing food that you just want to give me in a bag and handing it out. Im highly upset because i wasted my money on food i didn't want or eat.. ended up going...

I just left there and got my 5 year old a son donut and myself and wife a coffee, I handed my son the bag with the donut and thank god my wife help him because she took the bag and opened it and started flipping out, i asked what was wrong? then she showed me the napkin they gave me with the donut in the same it had blood on it. it was the worst thing I've seen come out of that Tim Hortons cause we don't go to the one on s.main st because they can't get our order right so now i guess we have to go to the one in warren pa, it looked like someone in the place cut themself and wiped it on the napkins and to make it worse they put the napkin in the bag with the donut, so I had to throw the whole bag out. Talk about low life workers. I can't believe someone would do that not knowing who was getting the napkin. Never again....i should of took it stright to the health department down town but i didnt...

Decided to get a steak wrap i was eating it and so enjoying it until i started choking and gaging i pulled a very long peice of plastic out of my mouth n throat. They did refund us n offer to remake it...but there was no way after that that i could eat anything else. I could of seen past it if it was on the outside of my wrap but it was mixed in with the steak lettuce n tomato. Just so gross and those workers make more per hour then our emt just...
