Jenica handled our issue very well and we are very impressed by the professionalism given by the establishment for our experience. We had purchased a higher end refillable vapresso kit and mechanical issues do happen. Within 24 hours the device no longer pulled, so I brought it back within 48 hours. They did all they could to troubleshoot and access the products warranty and replaced it when the warranty only covered if purchased from the manufacturers.
