Lets 1st start by saying upon entering there is no designated area thats points you in the direction for pick-up or online orders and whoever you approach wearing a uniform to ask about it seems annoyed. For the price i paid for the food you would think this would be a polite environment which is not the case. Food served here is below average from the baby back ribs to the SMALLEST CHICKEN WINGS IVE EVER SEEN. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES ON THE MENU OR ONLINE. As you can see from the pictures taken the smoked wings are very small and the "JUMBO WINGS" are even smaller. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT at its finest people, AND PLACING ONLINE ORDERS GIVES A PLACE LIKE THIS THE ABILITY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE of the ability to grab your food and go being everything is sealed when picking up the order. I wanted to keep the food at good temperature until i got home to serve dinner which is only 5 mins away . Very Very disappointed when the food was generally warm with small portions, WHO WANTS COLD CHICKEN AND RIBS FOR 40$. TO ADD, I ASKED FOR DRY RUB ON THE BABY BACK RIBS, WHY IS THERE SAUCE ON THEM, AND WHY DO THEY TASTE OVEN BACKED AND NOT ACTUALLY SMOKED LIKE THE RESTAURANTS NAME OR THEME? If i was there inside the restaurant i would have asked for my momey back and exited the premises but being it was close to 8pm already i decided to take the loss and come to google to share my experiences. Our group had been to Smokey Bones in another city, and we were excited to try this location. I ordered shrimp, broccoli, and potato wedges. The broccoli was delicious, the shrimp was all right but nothing spectacular, and the potato wedges may have been cooked earlier and cooked again. They were tough to eat and clearly overcooked. I peeled the parts that were leathery away and ate what remained. Another person in the group ordered ribs, cornbread, and another side (I do not recall). Her food was not hot, and she asked the server if the whole plate could be warmed up in the microwave. The server asked if she wanted them to cook the order again. She said no, just reheat it. Our server told her she would get the manager. The manager never came. The server came back, took the plate, and they remade the order. The last person in the group ordered a cheeseburger and fries. She stated her food was okay. The server was apologetic and very nice. The food was not what we anticipated. We commented to each other that the few cars in the parking lot and only four other guests in the restaurant at 7:00pm should have indicated to us that we might choose a different establishment. If your question (or statement) is "Did you speak to a manager?" Please remember... the manager never came. The server stated that there is talk of adding slot machines to the other side of the restaurant. Hopefully, that will generate more customers, and the food...

My recent visit to Smokey Bones was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted by the tantalizing aroma of smoked meats and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a fantastic dining experience.

The star of the evening, however, was our server, BP. She was simply phenomenal! BP’s professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor elevated our experience to a whole new level. Not only was she knowledgeable about the menu, but she also made excellent recommendations tailored to our preferences. It was clear she genuinely cared about ensuring our meal was perfect.

As for the food? Incredible. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, the pulled pork was rich and flavorful, and the brisket had just the right balance of smokiness and juiciness. Pairing these with their signature BBQ sauces took the meal to heavenly heights. Their sides deserve a shoutout, too—creamy mac and cheese and perfectly crispy fries complemented the main dishes beautifully.

BP checked on us at just the right intervals, ensuring our drinks were always full and that we had everything we needed. Her positive energy was contagious and truly made our night memorable.
