Pathetic after sales support , un disclosed charges and Never choose for post paid plan from here.If you choose will suffer for next 2 years. She continuesly follows up to give 5* review after sales. So don't believe the flood of positive reviews.
We were highly satisfied till the day of our first bill generation. But things went upside down after the first bill. When we initially came here, it was a good experience, they explained everything very well and it was happy path till our activation. We were highly satisfied till we get our phones , after that they slowly started injecting some additional charges saying promotion will be only for one phone, byod will have this offer that offer bla. It was a matter of 5 $ additional per month and we left it that way like that.
But actual problem started when we got our first bill. Its a high amount than they told to us. When we called Alex who claimed to be the store manager, she told that credits are not applied properly, you will get back next month. 2nd month also same story and it happened in 3rd month as well. When we called her in 3rd month - she started yelling to us for no reason. But somehow she fixed the bill after our fight. We started getting the correct bill from 4th month. But we lost around 150-200 $ in first 3 bills due to their negelegence / system issue.
If we ask refund about that money Alex was asking to contact AT&T and AT&T pushing us back to store owner.
This is very pathetic service. Take your service from here if you are okay to give up 150-200$ and if you can deal with terrible...

I walked into the store to get a replacement SIM card and from the moment I walked in I was greeted with negative energy and told 3x to sit down while being rudely questioned as to why I was there. It was weird. While I was being “helped” the woman kept interrupting her fellow associate who was with a customer to complain about her her iPad wasn’t working .. super unprofessional and rude to the customer that her colleague was helping. Then a phone call came in for her and she just responded with a really horrible “im busy” to not take the call. I don’t know who or the why that person was calling for her but she had 2 customers inside the store and her response/body language/ attitude was so unprofessional the whole time.. just horrible. After I was in the store for 30 min she told me should couldn’t help me because my name hasn’t been updated in their system to reflect my new last name.. however I knew it had been updated because like I said I am a customer for 15 years. About a week ago, I purchased a new Apple Watch at this location and I've decided to reconnect with the previous AT&T representative I spoke to about a month ago to ensure that I was still an active customer for her meet her monthly sales quota. Today, I decided to check in with my bills and noticed there was an additional charge to my account for the Tier 2 Insurance plan that I never asked for.
In the current state of our economic crisis, this isn't professional to be done to your customers and take advantage of their money for purchasing a new luxury product. Of course, I understand if there was a miscommunication between the representative and I but nowhere in our conversation did I agree for an insurance plan on my account.
Thankfully, I got it removed before my bill date but I just want to bring this up to the attention for other AT&T customers. ASK QUESTIONS!
