Inexplicably rude, negligible, and inadequate service. The gentleman who worked on my nails did a juvenile job at painting my gel color. Throughout the experienced I politely tried to mentioned minor adjustments that should be made to my nails in order for them to come out satisfactory. I received a nod and a promising “I will fix and do for you” repeatedly while no corrective actions were taken. Firstly, when receiving a gel manicure, I have never had a technician ask that I place my hand in the UV light before they remove the excess gel from around my fingernail as it is difficult to remove after it hardens. This particular technician in a very domineering way, assured me that he would be able to fix it after the gel hardens, he explained it as the process he always uses. This particular procedure was not one that I was used to but I’m not a nail technician and maybe he could. After he “finished” my nails - they looked as if my 3 year old niece painted my nails. There were streaks in the gel and he had completely missed the side area on about 4/10 of my fingers. I pointed this out to him, to which he got annoyed and said something to the tone of why am I just telling him this now, he can only do so much. After a bit of back and forth which I feel was unnecessary considering I was asking for a professional nail job and not him to redo all of my nails. He decided the fix was to use a nail file to scrap the sides of my nail to remove the excess gel, when a simple wipe with acetone before the drying process would have been sufficient. I pointed this out and he did not like it. He ended with this being the best he can/will do and that he’s done nothing wrong and that I don’t know what I’m talking about. If you want a subpar nail job, with complete disregard for how it turns out (the manager didn’t seem to care or see anything wrong with this nail job either) so I will certainly not be returning and I cannot recommend others to go through this experience and waste their money on a subpar job. My first time giving a place a review mostly because of their unprofessionalism. No customer service, did not provide what was asked for. I personally wouldn't recommend this place because I asked for an ombré look with powder light pink with white owner did her job asked me if I wanted an ombré look with gel or powder I explained myself very clearly powder. Even showed pictures of shape and color so as I sat down again owner mentions gel I personally have never received gel ombré and was hesitant. Owner places me with a none English speaking elderly woman and I can see her start the process correctly (I should know being a nail T. Myself). Since she didn't not speak english she shaped and cut my nails in her own way but no in a bad way just a tad bit longer then I wanted, also shaped them a tad tilted but since I can do my own nails I fixed the shape and size myself. She placed the right color pink but did not do an ombré effect did my entire nail in light pink clearly she didn't know what I wanted. I tell the owner that was clearly more occupied in getting me out to sit her next client then providing great customer service. Owner gets up and very fast and badly tries to give me an ombré look using gel and a sponge instead of acrylic clearly did not know how to do an ombré. Instead of apologizing she gave me an attitude and said "if I didn't like it I can leave" 😔. If this person was a profesional she could have scraped off the top to remove the shine and the access gel also removed a bit of the acrylic from the tip and proceeded to place white acrylic in a faded manner and given me my desired look. Clearly it was a no brainer for a profesional nail tech teaching her employee the proper technique. Again this place I would not recommend for quality work, all I can say is that it is cheap with no customer service and they clearly give you what they want instead of what you want. First I asked If they do ombré nails, the head woman told me yes. I explained I wanted it On my hands and toes. She quoted a price. I go To the pedicure chair and the woman asked me what color I wanted. I told her ombré, talk to the woman I spoke to...after they both had a discussion back and forth in their native tongue, the head woman then tells me another price. Smh OK FINE. Then the woman who did my pedicure is now starting my nails. She stopped at the coloring part and told me the Head woman would do it.... mind you, she has a client already in her chair... that has ALREADY BEEN WAITING. Then another woman pops in and wants the head woman to do her nails ASAP. The woman already in the chair was kind enough to let the 3rd woman get her nails done quickly. Lol then the head woman tells the other tech to do my finger nails. Then they all left me sitting there waiting. THE HEAD WOMAN now has me in the chair and does not... I REPEAT DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT YELLOW TO DO MY NAILS!!! She ended up doing my finger nails in pink and ORANGE/YELLOW not the bright sunny yellow I showed Her. I then tell her I’m not satisfied DO NOT DO MY TOES. Because she saw how upset I was She felt putting sparkly tiny glitter to make it look “pretty”. The woman who did my pedicure and fill in did a half @ss job. The polish did not meet the corners of my finger nails. No one put lotion on my feet. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!
