I felt very disrespected.
I went there to fix my mobile. The service that they offered I didn’t like it as it is messed up. These things happen. But during a conversation people have their points. I acknowledged to the things they were saying and I expect them to do the same.
But instead of acknowledging they ignored me which led me to walk away.
The way you looked at me when I’m leaving is totally unacceptable. If someone would be in my place they would make scene there and have shown aggression but I didn’t. I was talking with respect. And I walked away because I didn’t want to be disrespected.
I lived on Central Ave for a year and moved out in December. Until then, it was my go-to place for any electronics. I purchased two motorcycles from there. The previous staff left, and the current team is completely new.

And the young customer service employee—wow, he has charisma and really knows how to attend to customers. He goes from side to side, helping in the front, in the back, repairing phones; he’s very agile.. I saw many people appreciating his warmth and attention. I have no complaints—just my congratulations to the manager for having employees who make such a big. In this store you find...
