Diane and Co play mind games with customers as they know customer situation when they hire them to do moving services . When u talk to Diane she ask for deposit and take all details from you and confirm appointment . She starts playing the game from morning of your appointment day ... she confirm in morning we are on schedule we will be there at ur place exactly at 1pm . When you call back to check that no one turned up at your place ..she says you know what guys have another job in that area which is one block away so it takes 3-4hrs only after that they will come to your place . Finally when you demand to honor your appointment ...she will say in half hour i will send guys to move stuff.. After one hour she calls and starts playing second part of the game..... there is guy paid xyz $ which is actual higher than what has been discussed and agreed when she took deposit ...she is like bargaining ( Unethical , Frauddddddd) whether you will pay or not ......she and her Co think if they put pressure then customer scumbs to it as customer is waiting for few hours stressed disappointed with her mind games ..........they know customer will agree to pay .........ok customer agrees poor fellow no option left ...then after sometime her gang/team arrives on site ....screen play starts now ........one guy comes in discuss contract check stuff in home ( which they already know what items are there at the time of making an appointment very well in advance and taking deposit ) ..he behaves like gentleman .... in paper work you mention all furniture items after discussing with him and gets ur signature ...he walks out to start work ...one of the gang/team member walks out onsite for reasons only they know ...original order is to have 3 people doing work in 4-5 hours or extra what ever time to pay money on hourly basis .. when we call back she makes a deal with customer to convince 2 people can do job and you just pay X dollar and..gentlemen also agree.. finally gentleman and his other teammate starts job...after sometime uploading your boxes and stuff..screen play 2 starts......gentlemen shows disappointment with the furniture in place to move... Wowww ( He is one who got furniture items listed when arrived onsite and took customer signature clearly ) ..he starts abusing calling you names ....taking about your character ... finally he says i cant do with this X $ money ...we need more 300-400$ more .Wow..so now they think customer is left no option as they have already uploaded some stuff in truck ..when you call back Diane Scammer ...she says let them leave...i will send you 4 people to do your job quick ...they are just finishing job will be at ur door step 30 mins............then gentlemen unloads your stuff and leave place ........leaving poor victimized customer ..customer waits for 30 mins ,, 1 hrs , 2hrs keep calling ...Diane most unethical scammer ....make you believe that 4 people will come soon and do your job fasterrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.. customer waits waits like a fool.............sorry made fool by Diane and Co .. after sometime you call her N number of times they dont answer calls ....its gone .......your deposit is gone ...... your time is wasted....you are abused by her team .........just by making an appointment with these scammers ...making early deposit to confirm appointment ....they leave you in bad mental state ...so my dear friends and fellow human beings...Diane will not call you again or picks your calls ..you lost your deposit , time , mental peace , huge loss ...she disappear ....no calls nothing...your deposit is gone..Dear Users / Fellow Human beings make wise decision if you want to use their services . I have shared my experience with them..... i hope you have better options out in market .they never come back ...... value your time and money . Diane thank you for wonderful services / experiences you have offered . I really have to thank you from bottom of my heart for all you have thought me .......nice lesson .... Thank you! DO NOT USE BIG SAM MOVING COMPANY!!!!!!!! They are SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAMMED US!!!!

We were scheduled to have the movers show up at 9:30 AM. They didn’t show up so we we called them. Instead of them calling us to let us know they will be running late, we had to call them. 1st RED FLAG. Diane informed us they will be there by 10:30 because they had a flat tire. DIDN”T SHOW UP. Called back, now she says they will be here by 12:30PM. We were frustrated but waited. AGAIN DIDN’T SHOW UP! Now we called Diane and she tells us to call Mike, the person in contact with the drivers. We told him we had to be moved by 4PM. He promised that will happen and they will be here soon. We wait. Diane or Mike NEVER call us! We continuously have to call them for updates. Mike PROMISED they will be here by 2:30. Of course, THEY DON’T SHOW UP! Finally get a phone call at 3 saying the driver is on their way and will be there in 10 minutes. 30 minutes pass by and of course they didn’t show up. The driver calls saying he just left and will be here in 35 minutes. We wait another 45 minutes. and call back. The driver gets frustrated and says he will be here soon. 30 minutes pass by and no one has showed up. It’s now 5PM. We call Diane, Mike, and the driver to get an update and NO ONE PICKS UP!! We call from a friends phone thinking they are ignoring our calls, and of course Mike picks up and informs us no one will be showing up today!!!!! WHY DID WE HAVE TO CALL FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER FOR THEM TO PICK UP TO TELL US THEY WON’T BE COMING!?! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

The entire day went by and they played us all day and no one showed up!!! Luckily we have AMAZING friends and family who rolled up their sleeves and helped us disassemble all our furniture and we moved it all ourselves!!

BIG SAM MOVING COMPANY IS SO UNRELIABLE, RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Moving is already SO STRESSFUL and the last thing you need is for the movers to do this!!

What an incredible experience with Big Sam Movers! I had recently closed on a new home in south jersey. Being a first time home buyer, my budget was being depleted due to more important things with my escrow/realtor fees. The last thing I needed was to be cheated on moving expense. They worked within my budget, my likes/dislikes and if I needed extra protective gears for my big items. My move started in Hoboken to Ocean County. Roughly, about 75 miles one way. The first time I spoke to Diane who had given me the quote, she was a sweetheart and pleasant to speak with. I gave her the dates, address/township and the best time to start the move. On the day of the move, the movers came on time and properly stowed all of my items into a huge truck with one driver and two movers. Once arrived on a 2 acres estate, I was astonished on how fast and diligently it took. The move took less than 3 hours from start to finish. My driveway fits about 12 cars (about 250 feet long) with a side garage entrance into the lower level of the basement. The huge truck drove right through the driveway with complete ease with the direction of all boxes/furniture placed in the location it needed to be (they also asked where would I want a specific box/item be placed in) . I couldn’t done this without them! They made my entire move stress-free, convenient and successful. Don’t look elsewhere, give them a try! Ask for Diane!...
