Grace Reformed Church — Local services in Jersey City

After visiting multiple churches in Jersey City and being disappointed at the the lack of sound theology, we visited Grace Reformed and decided to stay. It is refreshing to find a church that is passionate about the gospel and encourages healthy Christian fellowship amongst its congregants. My husband and I felt right at home from the beginning. The church is diverse in many aspects (an accurate representation of Jersey City), and it is full of faithful followers of Christ who are loving and hospitable. Love this church and love the preaching by Pastor Sam. He is very easy to follow and teaches well. He is sure to always bring a word true to the scriptures. He doesn’t elevate himself at the pulpit, but only the Lord and the word. Pastor Sam goes above and beyond to give of himself and his time, and is always there when you need an encouraging word, or words of wisdom. Grace Reformed Church is such a sweet and welcoming body of Christ. I fell in love with it from day one and always felt welcomed and loved. I found Grace Reformed online after months of searching for a doctrinally-sound church. I greatly enjoy every Sunday service - I always leave in peace and elevated.
