I have to give a 1 star review. Upon arriving at the hotel there was a line and it took the attendants 40 min to take my vehicle, upon getting to the front of the line I got out of my vehicle and had to wait longer in the cold to get a ticket, when I asked who was giving my a ticket one of the attendants responded very rudely and told me I had to wait and have patience when I told him I had already waited 45 min he said I could of went to park somewhere else. I also witnessed one of the attendants crashing a vehicle while waiting on line.
Picking up the vehicles was another disaster, it took them 55 min to retrieve my vehicle. When the family next to me complaint about waiting an hour the same attendant replied to them and said “sir it’s been 50 min not an hour”.
All in all it was a terrible experience but what put the icing on the cake was the lack of customer...
Read moreGuys... Get your act together and send more attendants. 54 dollars for overnight parking. Tipped attendant 20 bucks at check in. Car got buried. Waiting now 20 minutes to get the car. Could have parked somewhere else and walked. At 54 dollars per night, you need more than one person at valet. (from someone that worked valet). Attendants were nice. Pick up attendant was apologetic. But Laz parking that runs it needs to get its act together. Next time I will park for 29 dollars and no tip at the lot 4 mins...
