One Parking — Local services in Jersey City

0 STARS - I just don't have the option. I used this parking garage for a family trip. We stayed at the hotel next door, as we were walking to the hotel I dropped a bag (a very expensive one) filled with money/valuables etc. I thought asking the employee who works at the front desk of the garage would be some help - I WAS SO WRONG. RUDE AND DISGUSTING WITH A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. Before I could even ask my question she was rolling her eyes and was huffing and puffing. I expressed that this bag was very important to find and I asked if she could check their cameras to see if someone took it. Her response and I quote was "No, I'm not doing that". As I persisted, she continued with her attitude and was rude as can be. She told me to file a police report if I needed help. As we know that would lead to a dead end, I don't understand since she told me she was a "supervisor", why she couldn't check the cameras if she had direct access. I also continued to search high and low until there was another employee working the front. I asked him for help since the women was no help. As I'm speaking to him the women calls him on the phone and told him to tell me that there was no bag found and to stop asking - a little suspicious to me. There were a few employees I interacted with so I do not want to leave this review against them. This is solely towards this women who claimed she was a supervisor (Tattoos on her face, purple hair, long nails). If you use this parking garage and see this women, BE CAREFUL - SHE MIGHT STEAL YOUR VALUABLES AS WELL. Very dissatisfied and a horrible start to my trip. DO NOT PARK HERE! Quick Brief: There are no cameras in the parking areas, my car was broken into, I was kicked out of the parking garage in the most unprofessional manner once I exposed this problem.

I made management aware immediately once I found out. As a monthly pass holder, I assumed they would give proper attention to this issue, but the One Parking management team took very long to respond and offer one month free (offensive offer considering items were stolen). It was made clear to me that there are no cameras in the parking area (just near the elevator) and the explanation was that a security system is too much of an investment.

When I asked for a reserved parking spot near the elevator (a level of comfort I wanted where a camera might catch a potential thief), the response was completely inappropriate. The management team did not accept, rather they forwarded my information immediately to their security team, revoked my parking pass, and ensured I can no longer park there in the future.

To add insult to injury, they still send me Parking invoices every month for $0.00 and I have not been able to remove myself from that list. Most unprofessional team I've...

NEVER PARK HERE! I booked and paid online for 4 hours parking. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than the booked entry time and left 1 hour and 20 minutes earlier than the booked exit time. They asked me to pay $17 extra.

What's even worse was the old man who was supposed to come to HELP. He was rude and accused me "you guys don't read the booking". I told him that I was aware of the early arrival because I couldn't predict the traffic but I did leave early so that I was not occupying long hours than I booked. He just kept saying "you guys don't read, you guys should read" in a very rude attitude.
