Now we have more technology and pay options in entry point like they have in other locations or Nyc where you can swipe your phone (OMNY) technology or be able to pay with digital wallets from phone. It is a clean and well maintained location, compared to Nyc subways. This is a safe location for daily commute (don’t know how it’ll be at night-because I only use it during the day) Maybe nice to have some uniformed security like in other subway locations, now that JC is becoming a hub. Every single day this lady is in the elevator taking the whole space, forget about it if you are in a wheelchair or if you have a baby on a stroller, this lady gets so mad when you mad when you ask her to move and the elevator always smells like pee, so unsanitary, every time I have to call and report this issue, when the police is upstairs just making sure you pay your fare but not to go around and see the other problems.
