We called a day before to make an appointment and the guy that answered the phone sounded like he didn’t understand what we were saying, we told him we would like to come in the next day at 12 pm he was like “yes come today at 6 pm” and we told him no we want to come in tomorrow at 12 pm he said okay, the next day we go in the guy inside said of I go by appointment only we said yes we have an appointment at 12, he said what number did you call I said the one on google he said oh that’s the other guy but he comes in after 1 pm, try calling him maybe he will come before that, we call the number and no one picks up. This is THE UGLIEST hair salon I have ever been to. Unprofessional owner. I called and he was unwelcoming at all. My appointment was at 6pm. I arrived 10min earlier and waited until 7pm to tell us "try with the salon next door because I can't do any hair style".
