The only reason this is in a five out of five for me, is a wish. Their menus layout was a little clearer. Looking up at the digital displays. I had a bit of a tough time walking through the order of operations. Food is just bad. Delivery is outsourced to doordash regardless of the platform chosen to order from, meaning this restaurant is sharing personal info with doordash without consent. They do not take responsibility for delivery at all , even though you did not place an order with doorsdash because mr cone swarma thinks its ok to do it for you (and pocket the tip) then they dont take accountability when the order is not delivered saying to call doordash...but i never used doordash...it HAS to be illegal to sign me up for that service, relay all my information WITHOUT my consent. Completely unacceptable and unethical tactic. Additionally, simple preference options like sauce on the side or no spicy sauce are completely ignored. The portions are incredibly small for the price point and simply do not taste good at all. Avoid...

Please avoid this restaurant entirely. They have zero care for their paying customers. So I order some of their chicken kabob and chicken schwarma at 8pm for delivery on their site. The text stated it would be 30 min and they charged me a delivery fee + tip. All good right? Not so fast turns out they expected me to pick it up and had zero idea about delivery service stating they don’t deliver!?! So I challenged this back and forth and the worker on the phone finally said ok the dasher will be delivering but we don’t know when they will be here…..my food was ready with no dasher for 30 min. They refused to refund my charge and kept insisting I accept this close 10pm with no certainty. Terrible customer service. Terrible treatment of their customers. I will never go back...
