We went there and purchased 2 really expensive couches and one table. We got it from a magazine. When they delivered everything the big couch didn’t fit through the door, we spent an extra $650 to have someone come out to break it down and put it together in the home at another day. When they opened the table we didn’t like it, it was much bigger than we thought it would be. Yulisa told us that we should wait until the big couch came in and if we didn’t like it then she would take it back. The big couch came in and we still didn’t like the table. We have been calling them for 3 weeks now and they are not calling us back. Customer service was great when we spent 10 grand cash but when it came to calling us back to change the table they kept and keep ignoring us. Horrible service! Very irresponsible when it comes to communicating and when they do communicate it’s always for bad news. My mother left a $300 deposit for a rug about two months ago which she’s yet to receive or hear anything from them, they always ignore her even though we see they are online via WhatsApp. They also send you whatever they wish…. Aside from the rug we are waiting upon, a few months ago they had already already sent us the wrong rug twice and there was nothing else we could’ve done or told them.
