We have been coming to this place since moving to the area three years ago primarily because of the food, despite consistent issues with the service for non-Spanish speakers. However, our recent visit was incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable.

After ordering our food and when paying by card, we were shocked when a staff member aggressively presented the card machine in front of us, demanding a tip. The machine offered no option to skip or adjust the gratuity, setting a minimum of 15%. This approach was not only off-putting but also felt disrespectful given the service quality.

I frequent this restaurant a lot, I am truly disgusted on how I was treated on Monday, November 6th, 2023. On Google it states the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM. I got There at exactly 8:40 PM, I drove from the city just to get here. The woman’s customer service was HORRIBLE, she didn’t speak one ounce of English. I used the translator, she didn’t have one care in the world that I traveled far. If you were close, why the doors weren’t lock. She just kept saying everything is in the fridge. Every time I get the chicken it tastes like it was going bad the same day but isn’t totally rotten. It had that funky, almost spoiled taste. I had to throw it out. The maduros I got today weren't sweet or soft. They were thick and tough because the platano wasn’t ripe enough.
