Run far away…if your feet hurt. On my first visit the doctor gave some “advice” on my concerns but right away it was all about orthopedic insoles. (They check if your insurance covers orthopedic insoles before you speak to the doctor on your issue) I did the insoles- said it will be ready in two weeks -took four weeks before they called me to pick up. When I came in they asked: are you here to see the doctor also? I said: I don’t know; am I supposed to see the doctor when I pick up my insoles? (So that tells me I could’ve just picked up my insoles and left but they wanted to charge me for a doctor visit which I did.) I did not sit on the patient table because it looked dirty yet they told me it was cleaned. I was highly annoyed. So the doctor literally repeats everything from the first time as if I was a brand new patient including exercises to do at home (they were supposed to show me the first time and didn’t) so she had the girl “show” me this time- from a piece of paper they gave me already. Doctor mentioned the insoles looked too wide but I wouldn’t know because I didn’t bring my sneakers to try them. Excuse me-no one told me to bring sneakers to check the fitting!! Ridiculous. I told her just send it back to get reshaped. I waited a month- no call so I called and it was in (a week earlier) and she said I MUST make an appointment to see the doctor to pick up!!! WTH! I called my insurance to verify their charges and they hung up on the insurance lady 3 times!! so we put an investigation in. I’m not going to take those insoles- I don’t want nothing to do with this scam office. Finding another podiatrist...
Read moreHorrible Experiece! I went to the Jersey City center, located at 730 West Side Ave. There were several receptionists at the desk, none gave a greeting when I walked into the office, ok fine, no biggie. So after a few minutes after signing in, I was called to the desk where now there is only one receptionist. After providing my health insurance card and identification card upon request, the receptionist asked me if I had another health insurance, and my answer was No. She then states they called my health care provider, who advised them I had another insurance on file, which again is "Incorrect.""" Her response was that I would have to call my health care provider and get a reference number. Ok, that makes no sense because I do not have another health care insurance, and the plan I'm under in the current and only health care insurance, I'm not required to receive a referral. During the entire engagement, her mannerism was unprofessional, and the attitude was dismissive in nature. It was at that point that I informed her that I would go somewhere else for service. I then contacted my health care insurance, explaining what I been told about a second health care insurance on file. The customer care representative for my health care insurance verified what I already knew. There was no other health care insurer on file! I hope the doctors in this group are aware of the unprofessional office assistants they have working for them, who cost their...
Read moreI have seen Dr. Shrestha twice, after he joined this practice since last year. He conducted a thorough examination and clearly explained the diagnosis. I have seen multiple foot and ankle specialists in New Jersey but none of them were able to fully help reduce the pain down to zero. He also went above and beyond to ensure I was seen by a vascular specialist on the same day for my condition. I highly recommend him for anyone dealing with foot or...
