Great business and very great group of people. They go above and beyond for you and their prices are some of the best I've seen around compared to all the other stores in the area. I sold them a few things and was surprised by how much I received for them considering they price so well as close to StockX prices as you're going to get and for a store that is great. They have such a wide selection different from any other store. From old sneakers to new ones that just came out. From vintage clothing to high-end streetwear and designer clothing. I bought a pair of shoes from this shop before Christmas as a Christmas Gift on December 12th never received it ,I thought shipping was slow because of the holidays 30 days later I find out they shipped the slowest way they could ship media mail not priority postage what I paid for idk if it was a mistake but it was definitely a lack of caring , the shoes eventually show up 44 days later after I’ve purchased another pair so I basically got a extra pair of shoes that I don’t need now . I recently had a fantastic experience at The Loop sneaker store. The customer service was top-notch, especially thanks to Socrates, who was incredibly patient with my boys. My son has size 12 feet and needs a wider fit, so finding the right pair of sneakers took some time. Socrates didn’t rush us at all and made sure my son tried on as many pairs as needed until we found the perfect fit.
