I was skeptical about a watch that I had bought on vacation and figured it would be a good idea to have it authenticated. Although this wasn't a service typically offered by this place, I was told by Mike, the owner, to drop by with the watch so that he can take a look at it for me. I brought the watch in and Mike literally spent hours looking at each and every detail, simultaneously reaching out to his friends in the industry for advice/confirmation. He even went the extra mile and offered to have one of his most trusted colleagues take a look at the watch just to ensure that all the small details inside of the watch were authentic. Stopped by this place based on reviews after visiting another place the previous day, which did not impress me with how the man communicated. Felt very uncomfortable and left disappointed. I Can tell you, a big difference when I walked in and met Mike. He was very thorough and broke down everything very nicely so I understood how everything works, and how he was coming up with the price he was offering me, which made me feel very comfortable in making a deal. Their was a little negotiating, but that was probably me trying to get every penny I could get. In the end he threw a couple dollars more on top off his offer, which I highly appreciated, and we closed the deal. In and out within 15-20 minutes. If you got some gold/silver to sell, don't waste your time or gas money looking around all different places.
